Meet your Pivot Care Team
At your first appointment, you will meet your surgeon and the rest of your Pivot care team. Consider us your new family in your weight loss journey.

Your Pivot Health Coach
During your first appointment, you will also meet your Pivot health coach.
Your Pivot health coach will work with you to personalize your journey leading up to surgery and adjust your plan as you progress after surgery. Your Pivot health coach will help you build healthy and sustainable long-term habits.

Enroll in the i.pivot program
i.pivot is a leading health and wellness support platform for surgical and non-surgical weight loss patients. Upon enrollment, you will receive the i.pivot starter box, which includes a fitness monitor and activity tracker, a wireless scale, and the i.Pivot app. Your pivot care team will work with you to analyze the data collected and develop a personalized weight loss plan.
Guided by your pivot care team, which includes surgeons, nurses, medical assistants and certified bariatric dietitians. you will learn to make gradual and sustainable lifestyle changes, leading to significant progress in your weight loss journey.
By making small changes, such as increasing physical activity and making healthier food choices, you can achieve substantial results in the long term. Your pivot care team will guide you through the process, providing support and encouragement at every step of your journey.
